Supporting Women’s Health and Well-being
I work with women on a one-to-one basis or in small groups using practices that support their health and well-being.
In my classes and one-to-one sessions I take a yoga therapy approach to women’s health, vitality and well-being, sharing supportive and nourishing practices for women in all stages of life, including practices for healthy menstruation, menstrual challenges, menopause (peri & post) as well as those for women’s general health.
I include modern and ancient practical wisdom that can help women discover and nurture their feminine shakti energy. Practices include gentle yoga, massage, energy work, somatic movement and breathwork sequences that will nourish your mind, body and spirit.
During classes, I encourage women to tap into the power of the cyclical patterns that are present in all our lives, helping to create a sense of vitality, balance rhythm and flow that can help to navigate life’s ups and downs.
